How long does it take to get my edited video?

Current estimated turnaround goal is 90 days. Can be as long as 6 months though. I personally edit all of the wedding films that are produced and as such much of the time depends on workload, the amount of footage to go through and other factors that may affect turnaround time. As I am a perfectionist when it comes to film work..I want to ensure that all the care and attention that I can provide goes into each film; so that our clients can be assured they are receiving a quality product they will enjoy watching time and again.

When should I book with you?

We recommend booking with us at least 3 months to 6 months before your wedding date. Most of the weddings we book are within these times. In most cases we rarely have anything available 1 month before your wedding date as we typically only book one wedding per month.

 

When does coverage begin of my wedding?

Typically, coverage begins when the bride is finishing up her make-up.

What equipment do you use?

We utilize HD cameras, stabilizers, wireless and multiple other types of microphones for audio (we put a lot of emphasis on not just beautiful video, but great sound as well). We also incorporate aerial video (as long as the wedding venue/location allows it).

How will I receive my finished wedding video?

Your wedding trailer will be presented to you on a USB drive that's yours to keep. Though we do make efforts to back everything up for archival purposes in case you lose your drive, we also encourage you to also copy your files and back them up as well on another hard drive or on a Cloud based system.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check and Paypal. An invoice will be sent to your email address for your deposit. Please pay within 3 days to reserve your date. Payment plans are available upon request. Final payment is due 14 days before your event date.

This shows us you are serious about hiring Timeless Story, it locks in your price and ensures your day has been reserved for you and you alone.

Do you charge tax on top of the listed price?

No, we include the tax in the listed price to make it easier and more transparent for our clients.

What is the difference between a cinematic and a documentary shot wedding?

Timeless Story's focus is wedding cinematography which means we film in a cinematic style giving the film a more movie like quality with an emphasis in strong visual elements that are designed to engage the audience more emotionally to tell the story. Documentary style filming captures the days events as they happen and in the order in which they happened.
